I used to procrastinate so much during my depression period that I would fail my exams and do nothing about it which was making my mental health worse. First week was pretty hard for me as I would do something then get distracted easily again. Then you gave me some instructions which I have been successfully following for about 4 weeks now. The program was easy and fun to do because I was finally challenging myself after a long time of not doing it, it gave me a confidence boost.
